Free Shipping on all orders over R2000.

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours or receipt of payment. Please bear in mind that deliveries will only be made on business days (Mon - Fri) excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the first following business day.

We ship throughout South Africa, view estimated delivery times below depending on location. No deliveries will be sent to postal addresses or via the post office.

Delivery Time is 1-5 business days depending on the delivery location.

• Cape Town and surrounds: 1-2 Business days 

• Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, George): 2-3 Business days

• Outlying Areas: 3-5 Business days

Standard Shipping fee of R120 for all orders under R2000. 

Deliveries take place between 08h00 and 17h00 on week days. Please remember to provide a daytime delivery address.

Change Your Shipping Address

If you have placed an order with us and realise that shortly after placing it that you have put in the wrong address, misspelled a word or made an error with your postal code - don't stress we can help!

Scenario 1: If you realise the mistake immediately after placing your order and your order has not yet been shipped, then please urgently call us or send us a WhatsApp on: 076 653 4721. 

​

Scenario 2: If you want to change your address but your order has already been shipped, then you need to reach out directly to The Courier Guy and ask them to change your address. We cannot change your address once your order has been shipped.

Policy on Wrong Addresses

If a wrong address is entered during the ordering process, we are not responsible for lost packages. If the parcel is returned to us as a result, there will be a return fee of R50 plus shipping charges for the re-delivery.
