COVID-19 Returns Update

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns at the moment, due to the risk of products becoming contaminated. Your understanding during this time is appreciated. All sales are final and cannot be returned.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and unopened, in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will either replace the item or issue a store credit to you, depending on preference.

To start a return email us at LightlyDarlingShop@gmail.com with photographs of the items. If your return is accepted we shall send you shipping instructions with where and how to send the return package.

Damaged Goods or Issues

For damaged goods on delivery please contact us immediately at LightlyDarlingShop@gmail.com. If you have received the incorrect items please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of items and we can assist and make it right.
